ASI 2005 Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted when written notification is received no later than 21 days prior to the Conference and will incur a $250 administration fee. No refunds will be provided after this time but replacement participants will be accepted. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not attend on the day of the Conference.
