CMSF 2005 Cancellation

Delegate Cancellation Policy

Refunds of registration fees will only be made when written notification is received by 25 February 2005. A $250 cancellation fee will apply. No refund of registration fees will be made when cancellations are received after 25 February 2005.


CMSF Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason beyond CMSF Pty Ltd's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, labour dispute, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorders, disasters, acts of war, acts of God (fires, floods or emergency conditions) CMSF Pty Ltd is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, such non-performance is excused and CMSF Pty Ltd may terminate any agreement without further liability of any nature, upon return of any relevant deposit.

In no event shall CMSF Pty Ltd be liable for consequential damages or the actions of third party providers.
